The Fulfillment Lab is a fulfillment marketing company that offers expedited shipping, order transparency, and customized business solutions. This allows our clients to provide their customers with a unique experience that increases brand awareness and end-consumer loyalty.

However, we’re more than just a shipping company. We are a technology company with our own proprietary software, Global Fulfillment SoftwareTM. Our customers are able to grow their business by leveraging our state-of-the-art software, global real-time inventory, backorder prevention tools, and customized integrations.

As a leader in the space, The Fulfillment Lab has created a customer-centric organization that operates as an in-house fulfillment department. Our micro-focused approach allows our clients to concentrate on marketing while we focus on all other aspects of successful fulfillment.

Founder and CEO of The Fulfillment Lab

As the Founder and CEO of The Fulfillment Lab, Rick is responsible for the company vision, customer acquisition, research, development, and expansion. He started the business in 2012, but it was his previous work that really helped shape the inception of The Fulfillment Lab.

During college and upon graduation, Rick worked for Florida Central Binder, where he received hands-on experience on how to run a business. He also helped quadruple annual revenue and reduce inventory levels by 45% while maintaining same-day shipping. 

From there, Rick and his wife started the Almost Home After School Center, raising funds to build a 5,000 square foot center for children. 

This unique history, in which Rick experienced the shortcomings of logistics and fulfillment at Florida Central Binder followed by the challenges of launching Almost Home, led to the creation of The Fulfillment Lab.

Today, Rick credits the rapid expansion of The Fulfillment Lab to the establishment of a scalable, replicable model on the macro-level and an unrelenting customer focus on the micro-level. 

“We have the number-one fulfillment software for eCommerce in the world,” says Rick. ”There are things we are doing at our fulfillment facilities that no one else is doing.” A trailblazer by nature, you can count on even more big innovations from Rick and The Fulfillment Lab in the future.
