To access a particular shipment, you can either use the search everything bar in the top left of your screen OR select ALL from underneath the Manage shipments portion of the main menu. Here you will be able to view the status of all orders. Click into the current status of the order. Next, select the appropriate shipment. The individual shipment page will display all information associated with this order. At the top of the page, you will notice the TFL-Assigned Shipment ID Number, and the three vertical dots right next to it. Remember, the three vertical dots are always actionable items. When you click on the three dots, you will notice that a drop-down menu appears with various options. Here, you can reload your current page, place an order on administrative hold, or cancel a shipment. Below that, you will see the various shipment details, including tracking number if the order has already shipped. Tracking numbers are assigned during the Printed stage. And, once an order ships, a hyperlink to live tracking will display underneath Shipment Details.
