Integration Assistance with Step 7. Return Address

Step 7: Set Up a Return Address 

  1. Click on Configure Default Return Address  
  2. If you would like returns to be sent to TFL for processing: 
    1. Enter your customer service phone number 
    2. Click Agree and Enable TFL Returns 
    3. Click Yes, Agree and Enable 
    4. Note your return address and click Okay 
  3. If you will be using an alternative method for processing returns: 
    1. Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk 
    2. Click Update Return Address
