You may view current inventory levels by logging into GFS and selecting "Inventory" on the left sidebar. You will notice inventory levels displayed per warehouse beneath each product listing.
The listed On Hand amount refers to all units currently located in TFL facilities, while the listed Available amount refers to the total amount of units in stock that are not currently allocated to orders in processing.
