How do I locate a shipment or series of shipments in GFS?

Locate Shipment(s)

Select ALL from underneath the Manage shipments portion of the main menu. Here you will be able to view the status of all orders. GFS provides real-time visibility of your orders. This means that you will be able to view orders through all stages of the fulfillment process - as they are received by our system, then being packed, having shipping labels generated, and ultimately picked up by the carrier. Once an order has shipped, you will be able to follow progress through the associated tracking number.

Also, by selecting the Export Shipments option towards the top of your page, a shipments report will be generated and downloaded directly to your device. All reports throughout GFS are exportable for your convenience.

Here at The Fulfillment Lab, it is our goal to maximize efficiency, which is why we have created a filter tool that you will see on the right-hand side of your screen. This is the most efficient way to locate any shipment or set of shipments. Use the toggles one at a time to determine how results are grouped, and/or enter additional details below to narrow your search down further. Simply enter the individual Id number, tracking number, product SKU, status, destination information, or specific date range and select the “Apply Filter” button
