How are Orders Joined?

When the order joins feature is enabled on your account, orders will be joined and fulfilled as one shipment when they have the same Cart Order ID and/or customer e-mail address and postal code.

To enable or disable this feature, log in to GFS and click Settings from the main toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen. Then choose Company from the innermost toolbar. Click the three vertical dots to the right of your company name. Select Edit from the drop-down menu. Click Next until you reach step 3. In the Joins Enabled Field, click the upside-down triangle and select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu. Click Save to finalize your changes.
