Integrations Assistance with Step 2. Company Information Section

  1. Click Start Company Info Setup  
  2. Fill in the name of your company in the Company Name field 
  3. Click on Upload a Logo to upload your company logo (optional) 
  4. Click Next 
  5. Enter the best phone number to call regarding time-sensitive shipment matters. This number is not visible to your customers.  
  6. Enter the address of your business. This will not be visible to your customers. 
  7. Should orders going to the same person be joined together in a single shipment? Click in the Joins Enabled Field to select Yes or No from the drop-down menu. This is a cost-saving optimization that will help streamline your shipments. Orders can be joined when they are processed within the same shipping period. Click in the Joins Enabled Field to select Yes or No from the drop-down menu.  
  8. Should we hold the order for a period of time before processing it? Click in the Order Delay Hours field to enter the number of hours to delay orders before processing. An order delay will allow your customers to make changes or cancel orders before we start the shipping process. This will give you time to process fraud checks and help keep your shipments accurate. 
  9. Click Save and Continue Account Setup
